I recently test rode this ebike and I’m seriously considering purchasing one. It’s very responsive in all the right areas. The torque sensor and pedal assist were great. I hardly had to give it much effort before it kicked in. Had no problems with climbing and gaining speed after was a cinch. I’m looking to replace my Giant Talon 29er hard tail and get something much lighter in weight and a little more decent in size. This bike combines both a commuter and an off road bike.
Anybody have this bike and if so what do you think? The bike shop is selling it for $1699, $300 less than the advertised online price. I was lucky enough to get the Colorado ebike rebate for $1100.

Torque sensor on a hub motor; excuse my ignorance but that makes no sense. I would MUCH RATHER HAVE A $500 EMTB and convert it with a $500 Toseven DM-02 mid-drive torque sensor kit! (need a battery too)
This is not a high-end anything; and it’s almost $2K? Look at torque sensor mid-drives from ride1up or bikesdirect to see what state of the art is like, in a DTC bike.
Do these Favorite bikes come sized? I don’t think so, just over priced crap, if it does not fit you. I’d rather have a ride1up 700 personally, but this bike is pretty, I’ll say that. Not robust but nice looking.
BBS02B mid-drives are MUCH MORE PRACTICAL BIKES!
