Any lightweights rigid frames and forks supporting 20×3.0-4.8ish or 16×3-4.8ish? Lightweight puncture protection? Tubeless ?Protection for 16″? Compatible components?

Was thinking of a full size or minivelo double diamond frame double diamond or steel, alu, ti , very lightweight, running those sizes. I like them, good wide patch but lower weight. But is there anything lighter than having to use heavy standard tires plus Tannus armor inserts? My friends folding electric fat bike trillion lb junk has them and they’re so necessary but soooo heavy. Is there anything with good integrated foam guard or at least kevlar or something that can run tubeless for comfy super low psi and reducing rotational weight, some say the Tannus armor shreds up inner tubes and leaves debris and is just really heavy and overkill compared to schwalbe, but schwalbe doesn’t make fat tires. I think like 20x 2 or 2.3 max or something. Which is not terrible but not great. Also something like that in 16x4ish that’s lightweight with true puncture protection, tubeless, would also be fantastic. Something that’s not a trillion pound folding steel frame something in the range of 3-5 lb frame would be cool. I imagine the fork might be weird to source too

Compatible groupsets, alu or carbon rims, for this type of thing?

Something even below 16 could work if it has puncture protection. Lightest tires for 20/16 if I’m forced to use Tannus and tubes?

I’ve seen the neutrino minivelo supports 20×2.3 or something

I feel like scooter wheels also are are super heavy and have no meaningful puncture guard
